How to Book a tee time & gain door access
Step 1: Go to our website by searching “the clubhouse golf studio”
Step 2: On the home page of the website click “Book Now”
Step 3: You will be redirected to the golfbooking tee time page. Select the date and time. Each bay can comfortably hold 6 players, so book accordingly.
Step 4: Next, you will be directed to the reservation form. Select duration, enter name, email, and phone number for you and all other players in the party. Click “Proceed to Checkout” after the form is completed. It is highly recommended to recieve text notifications for easy door access.
Step 5: Scroll to the bottom of the checkout page and add your card information and click “Reserve My Time”. The tee time can be cancelled up to 24 hours before for a full refund.
Step 6: Scroll to customer details on the reservation confirmation page and complete the waiver (all party members must complete the waiver prior to entry).
Step 7: Once the waiver is completed by signing the terms and agreements, a text and email will be sent with a link to unlock the door. Open your messages or email and click the link for door access > scroll to bottom of page and click “Unlock Door”>Click the square in Kisi to unlock door (you will hear a click on the door lock).
